Beyond a movement or genre Steal Life connects internet-made works with more traditional styles, merging the barrier between the old and the new. Steal Life provides the inquiry of what happens to work once it has gone through a particular process? For original drawings to be on your screen art has been moved around, copied, pasted and cropped. An image undergoes different time capsules and layers, gone through, to take it from physical paper to an online image - making us question what even is authenticity?
